ENGINEER
SALARY | £38,000 LOCATION | Chippenham

The role of Generator Engineer within our Engineering Team involves supporting the Engineering Manager
and Mechanical Supervisor with the service and repair of all Company diesel generators, lighting towers, plant and equipment
to a high standard. This role will be predominantly based at our main depot in Chippenham but you will also be required to
work away from home across any of our sites to complete equipment servicing, maintenance and project installation support.
In house and external training will be offered to grow your knowledge of Power Logistics equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and service of equipment on and off site
- Management of stock levels
- Critical show cover
- Diagnostics and Machine Overhauls
- Adhering to Company H&S requirements
- Testing of equipment such as load banking
- Apprentice and staff training
Skills & Knowledge
- Reliable with sound organisational skills
- Strong will to learn and be part of a team
- Highly motivated
- Possess good fault-finding abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Computer-literate and familiar with Microsoft/Outlook
