Responsibilities

Meet project operating goals, including those for revenue and margin.

Develop enduring connections with customers, installation and commissioning managers, health and safety managers, and important suppliers.

Handle the needs for the warehouse and the materials, making sure that the materials are tracked and available throughout the project life.

Ensure that business contracts are examined, risk-assessed, and handled in accordance with established company procedures.

Participate in the project's Key Management Team, serve as the senior customer's point of contact for business challenges, and promote ongoing team progress.
Skills & Knowledge

Degree/masters/diploma in Civil, Engineering or Construction, or qualified by experience with membership of an appropriate industry body

Construction industry experience, as well as experience in a general management capacity managing supporting functions.

Strong customer focus, excellent communication, and negotiation skill

Ability to lead and motivate with a balanced approach

Full Driving License
