Our client who design and manufacture complex products for the Defence industry are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to negotiate and administer contracts for UK Defence industry. Within this role you’ll work alongside the Business Development and Bid teams delivering commercial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for commercial activities
- Prepare contract conditions
- Bid approvals
- Contract negotiations
- Identify and minimise contractual risk
- Provide commercial advise to other teams within the business such as Project Management
Skills & Experience
- Previous Contract Management experience within a highly regulated industry such as Defence, Aerospace or Nuclear
- Strong pricing, contract law, contract terms and financing experience
- Must be eligible for SC Level Security Clearance
